Full Inspection & Service Assessment
Every call-out begins with a comprehensive on-site inspection of your bike. Brakes, gears, drivetrain, wheels, frame condition, and key safety components are checked thoroughly. Based on this assessment, I’ll recommend the most suitable service package — Basic, General, or Premium — depending on your bike’s condition and your riding needs.
You’ll always receive clear, honest advice before any work begins.
Basic Service (Call-Out)
Ideal for minor adjustments and routine maintenance. Includes brake and gear tuning, chain lubrication, tyre pressure check, and safety inspection.
⚙️ General Service (Call-Out)
For bikes needing more attention. Includes detailed brake and gear setup, drivetrain clean and lubrication, wheel checks, torque inspection, and performance adjustments.
🏆 Premium Service (Call-Out)
For heavily used or performance-focused bikes. Includes deep drivetrain clean, advanced tuning, detailed component inspection, and precision adjustments throughout.
Common call-out repairs such as brake bleeds, wheel truing, and part replacements can also be completed during the visit if required.
Final Performance Check & Ride-Ready Sign-Off
Once servicing or repairs are complete, a final function and safety check is performed to ensure smooth shifting, confident braking, and overall ride performance. Your bike leaves dialled, safe, and ready to ride.
