The Basic Service & Care Lesson includes everything in the Basic Service, with the added benefit of hands-on guidance. While your bike is being serviced, you’ll learn how to properly clean your drivetrain, check tyre pressure, maintain your chain, and carry out simple safety checks at home. This option is perfect for new riders, parents, or anyone wanting more confidence in maintaining their bike between professional services. You leave not only with a well-tuned bike, but with the knowledge to keep it running better for longer.

Key areas such as the headset, bottom bracket, and hubs are checked for wear and smooth operation. The result is a bike that feels dialled, responsive, and close to new — ready for serious riding or competition.
The General Service is our most popular option and provides a more comprehensive refresh for your bike. It includes detailed brake and gear tuning, wheel checks and minor truing if required, drivetrain cleaning and lubrication, and a full torque and safety inspection. This service is ideal for bikes that haven’t been serviced in a while or for riders who want improved performance and reliability. After completion, you can expect smoother shifting, stronger braking performance, and an overall noticeably improved ride feel.

For dual suspension bikes, suspension setup and adjustments are tailored to your riding style to ensure comfort and performance. Our mobile call-out service brings fast, professional bike repairs directly to you — whether you're at home, work, or preparing for an event. Common call-out services include gear adjustments, brake adjustments, brake bleeds, wheel truing, minor part replacements, and on-the-spot mechanical fixes. If your bike isn’t shifting smoothly, braking properly, or feels out of alignment, we can diagnose and correct the issue quickly and efficiently.

Every call-out begins with a comprehensive on-site inspection of your bike. Brakes, gears, drivetrain, wheels, frame condition, and key safety components are checked thoroughly. Based on this assessment, I’ll recommend the most suitable service package — Basic, General, or Premium — depending on your bike’s condition and your riding needs.
You’ll always receive clear, honest advice before any work begins.
Basic Service (Call-Out)
Ideal for minor adjustments and routine maintenance. Includes brake and gear tuning, chain lubrication, tyre pressure check, and safety inspection.
⚙️ General Service (Call-Out)
For bikes needing more attention. Includes detailed brake and gear setup, drivetrain clean and lubrication, wheel checks, torque inspection, and performance adjustments.
🏆 Premium Service (Call-Out)
For heavily used or performance-focused bikes. Includes deep drivetrain clean, advanced tuning, detailed component inspection, and precision adjustments throughout.
Common call-out repairs such as brake bleeds, wheel truing, and part replacements can also be completed during the visit if required.
Final Performance Check & Ride-Ready Sign-Off
